Question: How long do deposits take to get approval?
Answer: Crypto deposits will be automatically added to your available balance once they have enough confirmations on their blockchain network.
Answer: Fiat deposits can take up to 3 business days depending on the bank.
Question: Can I do cash deposits?
Answer: No. ACX only accepts EFT.
Question: Does ACX support deposits from smart contracts?
Answer: Currently, smart contract deposits have been disabled. Our system only supports non-contract address.
Question: Are there any limits on how much I can deposit?
Answer: No. ACX doesn’t have limits on deposits. We only have limits on withdrawals.
Question: Why I haven’t I received my deposit yet?
Answer: If it takes more than 3 business days, most common reasons are:
- There is no code or wrong code put in the transaction description.
- The deposit request has been canceled. FYI Transfer different amount from requested will not be a problem in the new deposit system.
Question: What should I do if I forget to put in the code/put in wrong code?
Answer: Please send your customer code and a screenshot of your bank transaction details to firstname.lastname@example.org
Question: What should I do if I canceled the deposit request?
Answer: Please create a new deposit request (with the same amount of you transferred) and send your customer code and a screenshot of your bank transaction details to email@example.com
Question: Do you accept foreign bank transfers?
Answer: ACX only allows fiat deposits from Australian bank accounts.
Question: What information do you need to fix my missing deposit issue?
Answer: Please send a screenshot of the customer code and a screenshot of the transaction to support. The faster you send this information, the faster we can fix the problem.
